I love Patricia Heaton from Everybody Loves Raymond, most of us grew up with that family, if not we spent most of our young adult life with them as I did, I mean screw it, I continue to watch them now in my early thirties. I was thoroughly disappointed to see her two attempts of life after Raymond; the first with Kelsey Grammer in ‘Back to You’ and the second being ‘The Middle’ which is a sad rip off of ‘Malcolm in the Middle’. I really hate to see her go down this road, but she’s obviously got to fire her agent.
The other person is the new ‘Hal’ Neil Flynn from Scrubs, he has a real issue with type casting here, he’s ‘The Janitor’ and I do hope he pulls it off by changing his persona.
This show is already looking like it’s going to tank, however we’re on it’s 3rd episode, and haven’t reached tipping point. We’ll see whether we continue or not.
