“The sticky cheese dip invented by my sister in law, is an old favourite at all our parties”.
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup brown vinegar
- ½ tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
- 125 g drained tinned pimentos
- 200 g packet of cream cheese
Chop pimentos and add to a pot together with all the other ingredients – DO NOT ADD CREAM CHEESE TO POT!!!!!!!!!
Simmer gently – stirring quite often – for about 30 mins or until mixture reaches a jam consistency.
Cool mixture.
To serve, place cream cheese on a plate and poor the cool sticky mixture on top.
