- 40 g basil leaves, Stalks Removed
- 6 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 50 g Parmesan Gran Padano, Grated
Whizz the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth consistency. Serve as a pasta sauce, or as an ingredient for other recipes, Basil Pesto is a great base ingredient for other dishes.
